Vineyard Notes:
The 2015 Columbia Valley harvest may be the earliest ever. Hot summer days produced grapes with intense fruit flavors, but cool nights maintained the balanced acidity in this fruit.
Tasting Notes:
Gently pressed and fermented cold in stainless steel, the wine was allowed to age sur lies. These techniques preserved the delicate characters of the wine while adding a creamy texture on top of the crisp acidity. Flavors of juicy pear and honeydew melon are accompanied by light floral and herbal notes.
Suggested Food Pairings:
This Pinot Gris pairs well with poached sea bass, spaghetti carbonara, grilled vegetables
