The 2015 Columbia Valley harvest may be the earliest ever. Hot summer days produced grapes with intense fruit flavors, but cool nights maintained the balanced acidity in this fruit.
Our Gravel Bar Dry Riesling is night harvested, whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, and a short sur lies aging period capitalized on the abundant attributes of the fruit. Aromatic and expressive, flavors of citrus and sun-ripened peach, lime, a hint of minerality and creaminess deliver a divine sipping experience.

By itself, this Dry Riesling is refreshing and easy to drink. It also pairs nicely with smoked turkey breast, pan-seared trout, and braised leaks with gruyere cheese.
